摘  要:对新型铸造模具钢进行焊接修复,研究焊后热处理对焊接接头组织和性能的影响。结果表明,焊后回火处理使模具钢完全淬火区组织由淬火马氏体转变成回火马氏体,不完全淬火区和回火区组织变化不明显。回火处理后淬火区和焊缝硬度明显降低,焊接接头抗拉强度增加。焊后回火处理对焊缝磨损率和平均摩擦系数影响不大。In this paper,tile new type of hot-work die steel is welded by arc welding process.The effect of heat treatment on the mierostructure and mechanical properties of welded joints is studied.The results show that the structure of complete quenching zone changes from quenching martensite into tempering martensite.There is a little difference about structure between incomplete quenching zone and tempering zone.After tempering treatment, the hardness of quenching zone and welds obviously decrease, and the tensile strength of wehted joints increases.Tempering treatment after welding has a little effect on the wear rate and average friction coefficient of the weld.
