摘  要:采用不同焊丝焊接2024铝合金,并研究热处理前后铝合金焊接接头组织和性能的变化。研究结果表明,采用铝铜焊丝焊接铝合金,焊接接头经550℃,2 h固溶和150℃,7 h时效处理后,抗拉强度达到398 MPa,屈服强度达到345 MPa。采用铝镁焊丝时,热处理对铝合金焊接接头固溶作用不明显,热处理前后显微硬度变化不大。采用铝铜焊丝或铝硅焊丝时,热处理后铝合金焊接接头由铸态组织转变为时效态组织。采用铝铜焊丝的焊接接头显微硬度在焊缝区出现突变现象;采用铝硅焊丝的焊接接头显微硬度在焊缝区出现最低值。In this paper,different welding rods were adopted to weld 2024 aluminum alloy,and the changes of microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy joints before and after heat treatment were researched.Tile results show that the when the aluminum copper welding rod is used,and after heat treatment by 550℃,2 h solid solution and 150℃,7 h after aging treatment,the tensile strength of the joint obtains 398 MPa,and yield strength is 385 MPa,the elongation is 3.8%.Using magnesium aluminum welding rod,the effect of solid solution on aluminum alloy welding joint is not obvious,the microhardness changes little before and after heat treatment.Using aluminum copper or aluminum silicon welding rod,aluminum alloy joint after heat treatment,the as-cast organization changes to ageing state organization.The aluminum copper wire welding joint microhardness appears mutation phenomenon in the weld zone;aluminum silicon wire welding joint microhardness minimum value appears in the weld zone.
