摘  要:硅钢片50W470叠压后的定子铁心与Q235B肋板采用气体保护焊焊接后出现裂纹,裂纹偏向肋板侧。基于宏观现象和化学成分进行分析,指出异种钢材韧性差异较大,硅元素溶入焊缝,导致焊缝韧性降低出现裂纹。结合实际情况,从改善焊缝组织状态、降低拘束应力和优化焊接工艺参数入手,制定合适的焊接工艺,换用ER309L焊条,裂纹消失,焊缝成形美观,焊接接头质量符合要求。Welded joints of stator core made by silicon steel sheet and ribbed slab made by Q235B appear lots of cracks,and the cracks are on the side of ribbed slab.Based on macroscopic inspection and chemical composition analysis, it is pointed out that there is a big difference of toughness of dissimilar steels and the silicon elements in welds lead to the decrease of weld toughness and the cracks.Combing with practical situation,starting with improving microstructure of welds,reducing restraint stress and optimizing welding parameter,a appropriate welding technology is made process,and the ERS09L electrode is used, and the result shows that weld cracks disappear, appearance of weld is good, and welded joints quality meet the requirements.
