德国夏洛特大学医院经营管理简析

摘　　要：德国医疗保险实施DRGs支付,近年来对夏洛特大学医院的单病例基础支付额度逐年下降,给医院财务带来了严峻的压力。对此,医院通过第三方投资和决策调整,进行了流程管理、临床管理、能源管理、设备管理、空间管理、行政管理、服务水平等方面的权力下放改革,在2011年和2012年扭亏为盈。The DRGs payment of medical insurance has been implemented in Germany, but in recent years,the limited amount of payment in the single case of the Sherlock University Hospital has been influenced and declined year by year, producing heavy pressure to the hospital financing. In this regard, the hospital has reformed and descended power to the lower in the aspects of management process, clinical management, energy management,equipment management, space management, administrative management and service level through third-party investment and policy adjustment, and has turn loss to profit in the year of 2011 and 2012.
