摘　　要：文章阐述了控制82B小方坯连铸坯碳偏析的连铸方法。综合考虑了结晶器电磁搅拌及末端电磁搅拌技术的应用、调整二冷强度、降低过热度。选择合适的控制参数与之相匹配,制定的生产工艺有效抑制了高碳钢的中心碳偏析。This article gives a detailed and comprehensive introduction of a continuous casting method on carbon segregation control of SWRH82 B Billet. Taking into consideration multiple measures including application of mold electromagnetic stirring and end electromagnetic stirring technology, adjusting secondary cooling intensity, reducing superheat and other methods. Some proper parameters are selected to accommodate the above methods so as to obtain an effective and economical production process on controlling central carbon segregation of high carbon steel.
