摘  要:文章从常用污泥资源化利用方式的优缺点入手,结合某钢铁企业实际设备工艺现状,确定了混合使用法的新工艺流程,从物料平衡与经济效益角度进行了可行性分析。实施结果表明采用混合使用法,转炉污泥与返矿在炼钢与烧结工序能够达到物料平衡。混合使用法比冷固造球回用炼钢造渣工艺,可减少31.84%的转炉污泥产生量,预计共可节约造球、运输和除尘运行费用等成本2650万元/年,可实现低成本运行和节能降耗。On the basis of analyzing the characters of usual resource utilization modes of converter sludge, the new process called mixed utilization was designed in the paper with real equipment actualities,and the feasibility analysis was discussed on the material equation and economic benefit. Practical results showed that the return fines and converter sludge between the sintering and steelmaking processes could reach to the material equations. The mixed utilization would produce less converter sludge than the pelletizing process, about 31.84%, and it would save about 265 million yuan a year by calculation including the pelletizing cost, transporting cost and running cost for dust-removing. The low cost running and energy saving would be achieved.
