摘　　要：顶底复吹转炉生产铝镇静钢采用直上渣洗工艺,降低成本,效果明显,但是出现的结瘤问题影响了该工艺的顺行。直上工艺过程中的结瘤原因有多种,主要原因是钢水中间没有上浮的Al2O3富集造成的。文章分析了结瘤事故的类型及原因。并提出了预防铝镇静钢直上工艺结瘤的对策。The application of direct slag washing process to produce in the top and bottom blowing converter had obvious economic benefit. but the burl problems affect the process operating well. There are variety burl reasons during without LF process technology, the main reason is that there are no floating Al2O3 enrichment appear in the molten steel. This paper analyzes the types and causes of the burl accident during the aluminum killed by steel direct slag washing process,putting forward some methods of avoiding burl.
