我国大学生体质健康标准评价制度的历史嬗变与比较分析

摘　　要：以文献资料和比较法等研究方法,通过对本世纪以来国家相继出台的《学生体质健康标准(试行方案)》、《国家学生体质健康标准》以及《国家学生体质健康标准(2014年修订)》三个学生体质健康标准制度出台背景、评价指标体系构建、等级评分、测试项目及身体素质项目评分标准调整幅度及其趋势特征等的分析和比较,在此基础上,分析了《国家学生体质健康标准(2014年修订)》制度的历史继承性、发展性和局限性,为各高校解读并贯彻实施新标准提供理论参考。With the methods of documentation and comparison, and based on the country have issued three student physical health standard systems since this century. They are ＂Students Physical Fitness and Health Standards （on trial）＂, ＂National Students Physical Fitness and Health Standards＂ and ＂National Students Physical Fitness and Health Standards （revised in 2014）＂ respectively. According to the analysis and comparison of their background, the evaluation index system, rating, the adjustment and trend of the test project and physical quality that analyze the his torical inheritance, development and limitations of the ＂National Students Physical Fitness and Health Standards （re- vised in 2014）＂. And which provides theoretical reference for the interpretation and implementation of the new stand- ard for universities.
