摘　　要：关联数据通过发布和链接网上的结构化数据使得来自不同领域的数据相互关联,从而促进了语义网的发展。政府关联数据是关联数据网络的重要组成部分,使得政府能够以一种可控的模块化的方法将存储于不同机构的数据发布到网络上。为更有效地利用政府关联数据,文章构建了基于关联数据技术的政府信息聚合模型,并通过实例验证了其可行性。研究结果表明该项技术可以对来自于多个政府数据集甚至是外部数据源中的相关信息进行集成,在其基础上开发的各种应用可拓展公众访问政府数据的途径,提高政府信息资源的利用效率,并为政府提供决策支持。Linked data connects data from diverse domains by publishing and linking structured data of web,thus promotes the development of semantic web.Government linked data is an important part of the linked data web,which provides government with a controllable and modular method to publish diverse data on the Internet.For utilizing the linked government data more efficiently,this paper constructs a government information aggregation model based on linked data and validates it with experiment.The result shows that with this technology,it is possible to integrate information from multiple datasets,even datasets from outside.All kinds of applications based on integrated information can extend the way to access government data,improve the utilization efficiency of government information resource,and support the decision-making of government.
