摘  要:采用小区设计的方法,研究不同施氯情况下烟叶品种K326的物理、化学指标变化,结果表明:氯的有效适量施入可以提高该品种的烟叶产量、上等烟比例、外观品质、经济效益等物理性状。施氯量为67.5 kghm2时,中部烟叶还原糖、总糖、总氮、蛋白质含量对比其他处理为最高,烟碱含量较适中,碱比、氮碱比较合理,化学成分也较协调,可以保证烟叶含量符合优质烟标准。By using the method of plot design, physical, chemical changes of K326 was obtained in the case of the different chloride application amount.The results showed that the effective amount of chlorine fertilizer could improve the yield of tobacco,the proportion of high-class leaf, appearance quality, economic benefits and other physical properties.When the chloride application amount was 67.5 kg/hm^2, reduced sugar, total sugar, total nitrogen, protein content in the middle leaves were the highest compared to other treatment, nicotine content was moderate, sugar alkali ratio and nitrogen alkali ratio were more reasonable, chemical composition was more coordinated, could guarantee the content in leaves of tobacco with good quality standard.
