摘 要:目的利用256层螺旋CT对先天性心脏病大动脉转位房室连接区结构异常进行影像分析,归纳总结其影像学特点和临床意义。方法回顾分析河北医科大学第二医院16例确诊的大动脉转位病例的临床及256层螺旋CT影像资料,通过CT后处理方法分析患者房室连接区异常的影像学特点及相关联系。结果 256层螺旋CT对于本组病例的房室连接区结构异常及合并的多种复杂畸形均有良好显示,与心脏超声比较,256层螺旋CT对大动脉转位合并畸形诊断精确性更高。结论 256层螺旋CT能够显示大动脉转位房室连接区的解剖学异常及合并的相关畸形,对其诊断具有极高的精确性。Objective To analyze the atrioventricular junction structural anomalies in patients with transposition of great arteries using 256-slice spiral CT and summarize their imaging features and clinical significance.Methods 256-slice spiral CT imaging was performed in 16 cases with congenitally transposition of great arteries,and their clinical and imaging data were collected and retrospectively analyzed.Imaging characteristics and related connection of atrioventricular junction structural anomalies were analyzed using various reprocessing methods by 256-slice spiral CT.Results All cases with atrioventricular junction anomalies and various merging complex malformations were displayed well.Compared with echocardiography,the diagnostic accuracy for transposition of great arteries combined malformation was higher by 256-slice spiral CT.Conclusion Multi-slice CT can display the anatomic abnormalities and accompanying malformation in transposition of great arteries with higher diagnostic accuracy.
