阿维A联合匹多莫德治疗多发性尖锐湿疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察阿维A联合匹多莫德治疗多发性尖锐湿疣(MCA)的临床效果。方法:选取174例已确诊的MCA患者,随机分为A、B、C三组各58例,A组给予CO2激光常规治疗,B组在常规治疗基础上联合阿维A治疗,而C组在常规治疗基础上加用阿维A联合匹多莫德颗粒剂治疗,记录分析三组治疗结束后的疗效,治疗后1、2、6个月的复发率,激光治疗后创面愈合时间以及三组并发症的发生情况。结果:治疗结束后,C组无论是在痊愈率、MCA复发情况还是手术创口愈合时间上均明显优于A、B两组(P均<0.05),而B组在痊愈率、MCA复发情况还是手术创口愈合时间上均明显优于A组;同时在严重并发症的发生上,三组差别不明显。结论:在阿维A联合匹多莫德辅助下运用常规治疗的方法对MCA疗效好、复发率低、严重并发症发生少,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the effect of Avi A combined with pidotimod on treatment of the multiple condyloma acuminatum（ MCA）. Methods： 174 cases of MCA patients were chosed,randomly divided into 3 groups,group A（ n = 58） received CO2 laser conventional therapy and group B（ n = 58） got the Avi A treatment on the basis of conventional therapy,while group C（ n = 58） had the Avi A combined with pidotimod granules on the basis of conventional therapy. The curative effect,recurernce rate,wound healing time and incidence of complications were analyzed and compared after treatment. Result： The rate of recovery in group C was higher than the other 2 groups after the treatment,while the recurernce rate was lower and healing time was shorter. Compared with group A,the rate of recovery in group B was higher,the recurernce rate and wound healing time were lower（ P〈0.05）. The 3 groups had little difference in the incidence of complications（ P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Avi A combined with pidotimod on treatment of MCA can reduce the rate of recurrence,get a better effect and has no serious adverse reactions. It is worth promoting.
