摘　　要：目的：探讨冠状动脉慢性闭塞病变（ CTO）患者经双侧桡动脉行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（ PCI）术中的观察护理配合措施。方法择行择期冠状动脉造影的CTO患者30例，经一侧桡动脉送入指引导管，经另一侧桡动脉送入造影导管，通过双侧造影使侧支循环及闭塞远端显影，帮助判断导丝是否在真腔，证实导丝在真腔后进行球囊扩张及支架置入术的护理配合。结果30例均经对侧造影行经皮冠状动脉球囊扩张及支架置入，术中均未发生冠状动脉夹层及穿孔等并发症，术后症状明显缓解。结论术中密切配合医生，严密监测生命体征变化，有利于手术顺利进行和预防并发症的发生，是经双侧桡动脉行CTO介入治疗的重要保证。Objective To investigate intraoperative nursing measures used in percutaneous coronary intervention （ PCI） to treat chronic total occlusion （ CTO） patients via a bilateral radial approach.Methods A total of 30 patients with CTO were included into the current study who were to undergo coronary artery angiography.A guide catheter was in-serted along the right-side radial artery, while an angiographic catheter was delivered from the left-side radial artery. Then, collateral circulation and distal occlusive segments were displayed through bilateral angiography.These procedures were done to determine the presence of guide wires and balloon dilation in the true lumen, and nursing steps during stent implantation.Results All patients finished percutaneous coronary artery balloon dilation and stent implantation through bilateral angiography.No complications such as coronary artery dissection and perforation were reported during surgery. Their symptoms were obviously relieved after operation.Conclusion During intervention treatment of CTO via a bilateral radial approach, it is essential to closely cooperate with the surgeon and monitor changes in vital signs for successful oper-ation and prevention of complications.
