摘　　要：抗氨基酸突变体筛选是植物氨基酸品质改良的前提和基础。为进一步探讨抗氨基酸突变体的筛选方法及其有效利用,综述了植物抗氨基酸突变体研究现状、筛选方法及其取得的成就、存在的问题、应用前景,为植物的氨基酸品质改良提供参考。The screening of mutants resistant to amino acid are the premise and foundation for quality im- provement of amino acids in plant. In order to further study the screening and utilization of mutants resis- tant to amino acid. This review briefly summarized the present situation of mutants resistant to amino acid, screening methods, achievements, problems and application prospect, so as to provide reference for quality improvement of amino acids in plant.
