摘 要:为探讨鲜胡萝卜对豫南黑猪的作用,研究了鲜胡萝卜对豫南黑猪产后母猪健康状况及血清免疫和抗氧化指标的影响。试验选取24头健康和体况相似、预产期和胎次相近的妊娠母猪,随机分成2组。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂按1 kg/(头·d)的量添加鲜胡萝卜的基础日粮。结果显示,试验组母猪产后不食发病率显著低于对照组,产后母猪乳房炎、子宫内膜炎、产后无乳及产后发热的发病率也均呈降低趋势,但差异均不显著;试验组母猪血清总抗氧化力(T-AOC)水平及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性较对照组显著增加7.46%和1.05%,血清丙二醛(MDA)含量较对照组显著降低3.96%,但试验组母猪血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性与对照组相比差异不显著;与对照组相比,试验组血清免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)和免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)水平分别显著提高了10.26%和4.08%,但血清免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)水平差异不显著。综上,日粮中添加鲜胡萝卜对改善豫南黑猪产后母猪健康状况和提高其抗氧化性能及免疫功能具有较好的效果。In order to investigate the effects of fresh carrots on Yu ' nan black pigs, the paper studied the influence of fresh carrots on health status and serum immunity,antioxidant indexes in the postpartum sows of Yu' nan black pigs. A total of 24 pregnant sows ( healthy, with similar body condition, close due date and parity)were randomly divided into two groups with 12 heads in each group. The sows in control group were fed with the basal diet and those in the trial group were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 1 kg/(head ~ d) fresh carrots. The results showed that the incidence of postpartum no eating of the sows in the trial group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the incidence of mastitis, endometritis,agalactia and puerperal fever of the postpartum sows showed a decreasing tendency, but no obvious difference. The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) and the activity of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD)of the sows in the trial group were significantly increased by 7.46% and 1.05% compared with those of the control group,and the content of serum malondialdehyde(MDA) of the sows in the trial group were significantly decreased by 3.96% compared with that of the control group, but there was no obvious difference in the activity of serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) of the sows between the control groupand trial group. Compared with the control group, the contents of serum immunoglobulin A (IgA) and immunoglobulin G(IgG) of the sows in the trial group were significantly increased by 10.26% and 4.08% , but there was no obvious difference in the content of serum immunoglobulin M (IgM) of the sows between the control group and trial group. It was concluded that adding fresh carrots in the diet had better improvement on health status,immune function and antioxid^nt capacity of the postpartum sows of Yu' nan black pigs.
