摘 要:柑橘黄龙病是柑橘的致命病害,其病原菌能侵染所有柑橘类植物,已在全球范围内发生和蔓延,严重影响到柑橘的生产。该病从出现至今,众多学者已从园艺管理、化学防治、物理防治、生物防治和生态防控等方面开展了大量防病抗病研究,但由于柑橘黄龙病的病原菌很难稳定地进行离体培养,导致该病害的防治研究虽取得了一定进展,但发展缓慢,深入研究受阻。迄今尚未发现十分有效的防治方法。总结了近年来黄龙病对柑橘的影响、致病机理和防治措施等研究进展,并重点对柑橘黄龙病与树体营养的关系等最新研究概况进行了综述。Citrus Huanglongbing is a fatal disease to citrus. It had occurred in many production areas of cirtrus in China and all over the world. The pathogen, Candidatus Liberibacter spp., which was hardly cultured in vitro, could infect all citrus plants. In recent years, HLB had become a dominant factor that limited the healthy development of citrus industry. However, no effective cure had been found yet. In this paper, we focused on the latest research progress in HLB pathogen, occur- rence, damage and its control technology. Topics on the relationship between HLB and the role of plant nutrition were also touched, and that would be helpful for better understanding the occurrence regulation of HLB, and for working out scientific and effective control measures as well as service for agriculture.
