冈杂棉8号SSR数字指纹图谱的构建

摘　　要：利用32对SSR引物对冈杂棉8号及其亲本进行多态性检测,共有13对引物在2个亲本间具有多态性,这些引物在两亲本间扩增出大小不同的带,且这些标记位点在F1中均表现为杂合带,为共显性标记。将这13对引物在亲本和杂交种间扩增检测得到的01带型数据转换成十进制数据,构建了冈杂棉8号及其亲本的数字指纹图谱,为杂交种的真伪鉴定和纯度检测提供了方法。采用多对引物构建的杂交棉数字指纹图谱,能为冈杂棉8号的真伪鉴定、纯度检测及亲本提纯等工作提供更加准确的技术指导。A total of 32 SSR primers were detected for the polymorphism between the cotton hybrid Gangzamian No.8 and their parents. There were 13 primers with polymorphism between two parents, these markers were codominant markers. A digi- tal fingerprint of the cotton hybrid Gangzamian No.8 was constructed using these primers, which provided reference for true and false identification and purity test. The digital fingerprint of hybrid cotton could provide precise guidance for true and false identification, purity test and parent purification.
