摘  要:在东北地区冬季自然低温条件下,以蓝莓(Vaccinium spp.)3个品种美登、北村、圣云为材料,研究了蓝莓一年生枝条内渗透调节物质及保护酶活性的变化,探究蓝莓冬季自然降温过程中的御寒机理。结果表明,整个冬季随着气温降低,蓝莓枝条内可溶性糖含量呈上升趋势;降温初期可溶性蛋白质的积累与抗寒性发展有关,但后期蓝莓不同品种变化趋势各不相同;脯氨酸含量先上升后下降,其积累对圣云的影响大于美登和北村;保护酶活性明显变化,其中过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均呈先上升后下降的趋势。To explore the blueberry defense mechanism in the process of cold resistance exercise during the winter, Blomi- don, Northcountry and St. Cloud were selected to determine the change of cold resistant physiological indices including os- molyte content and protective enzymes activities under natural conditions during winter. The results showed that throughout the winter as the temperature decreased, soluble sugar content was rising. Beginning of temperature drops, the accumulation of soluble proteins was related to development of cold resistance. However, the latter type of cultivars trended differently. The proline content became higher in the early and lower later on. The accumulation of proline impacted St. Cloud greater than Blomidon and Northcountry. The protective enzyme activities showed significant changes. POD, CAT activity became higher first and then lower.
