摘 要:以改性葵花(Helianthus annuus)子油脂肪酸甲酯为原料,与乙醇胺进行酰胺化反应,而后与磷酸化试剂进行磷酸化反应,制得葵花子油烷醇酰胺磷酸酯。通过单因素试验和正交试验法确定最佳反应参数,并对反应产物进行化学分析和红外光谱分析。结果表明,酰胺化反应的最佳反应条件为葵花子油脂肪酸甲酯与乙醇胺物质的量的比值为1.0∶1.3,反应时间为3.0 h,反应温度为130℃,催化剂KOH用量为0.9%,烷醇酰胺的收率大于96%;磷酸化反应的适宜反应条件为烷醇酰胺、P2O5与水的物质的量比为2.0∶1.0∶1.0,反应时间为6.5 h,反应温度为75℃,磷酸单酯含量可达62.86%。Using modification sunflower oil fatty acid methyl ester as material,which reacted with ethanolmine, then with phos- phorylating agent,alkanolamide organic phosphate of modification sunflower oil was obtained. The best reaction conditions was optimized by means of single factor and orthogonal design. The structures of the synthetic products are identified by chemical analysis and IR spectrum. The results showed that the best reactive conditions of amidation reaction were that the ratio nester to namine 1.0:1.3,the reaction time 3.0 hours,the reaction temperature 130℃,the usage of catalyst 0.9%(the percent of sun- flower oil fatty acid methyl ester),the yield of alkanol acidamide was above 96%. The proper reaction conditions of phospho- rylating reaction were that the ratio of alkanol acidamide, P2O5 and H20 2.0:1.0:1.0,the reaction time 6.5 hours,the reaction temperature 75 ℃,MAP contains was up to 62.86%.
