摘  要:采用响应面法超声提取广枣[Choerospondias axillaris(Roxb.)Burtt et Hill]中总黄酮,在单因素试验基础上,利用Design-Expert 8.0、5.0软件设计响应面试验,研究乙醇溶液体积分数、液料比、超声时间和超声温度对总黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明,广枣中总黄酮的最佳超声提取工艺参数乙醇溶液体积分数为62%,超声提取时间为55 min,液料比为35.00∶1(V∶m),在此试验条件下广枣总黄酮平均提取率为3.472%。Response surface methodology was applied to optimize optimum ultrasonic extraction process of total flavonoids from Choerospondias axillaris (Roxb.) Burtt et Hill. On the basis of single experiments, response surface analysis was designed by Design-Expert Software 8.0.5.0, and the effects of ethanol volume fraction, liquid to solid ratio,extraction time and tempera- ture on the yield of flavonoids were studied. The results indicated that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol volume fraction was 62%, extraction time was 55 min and liquid to solid ratio was 35.00:l(V:m). Under these exper- iment conditions,yield of total flavonoids from Choerospondias axillaris (Roxb.) Burtt et Hill was up to 3.472%.
