摘 要:针对甘蔗剥叶元件对剥叶效果影响的不同,通过对不同甘蔗剥叶元件的试验分析,探讨各种剥叶元件的剥叶质量,为剥叶装置的选材提供参考。对现有3种剥叶元件(钢丝绳、尼龙丝绳、橡胶脂)进行正交回归试验,分析各种元件与剥叶质量存在的关系,得出较优的剥叶元件。结果表明,剥叶滚筒转速对剥叶质量影响最明显,在各因素优化值区间下,橡胶脂剥叶元件的含杂率为0.293%,橡胶脂剥叶元件可作为甘蔗剥叶元件材料的较优选择。Aiming at the different effects of sugarcane cleaning components, the orthogonal regression test was conducted to study the differences among the existing three .kinds of specific components for stripping leaves(wire rope, nylon rope, rubber fat), and the relations between various components and the quality of peeled leaves were analyzed, so a better ideal strip- ping leaves element was obtained. Results showed that the rotating speed of cleaning roller had the most significant influence on the quality of leaves stripping. Within the range of optimal values for various factors, the impurity rate of the rubber fat cleaning components was 0.293%, which can be used as the best choice of cleaning components material.
