摘  要:根据秸秆成型燃料的元素分析、工业分析及其特性,采用热管作为换热设备,将热管技术与锅炉设计结合,设计了适合中国农村秸秆特点的既能产生热水又能产生热风,且可提高换热效率的秸秆成型燃料热管锅炉,并按正、反平衡法进行了该锅炉热性能与环保指标试验。结果表明,热水热风两用秸秆成型燃料热管锅炉排放烟气中SO2、NOx、CO2、CO、烟尘等污染物浓度符合GB13271,环保效益好;正、反平衡热效率分别为81.6%、81.3%;热水量、热风量、效率、温度等指标达到了设计的热性能要求,该锅炉提高了设备效率与能源利用率,具有较好的市场前景。According to element analysis ,industry analysis and combustion characteristic of straw briquette fuel ,using heat pipe as heat exchange equipment, combining heat pipe technology and boiler design, the heat pipe boiler of straw briquettes sup- plying both hot air and water that was suitable for China's rural straw characteristics was designed. And the thermal perfor- mance and environmental protection index test of the heat pipe boiler of straw briquette was studied according to the positive and counter balance method.Results showed that the contaminants such as SO2,NOx,CO2,CO and fume content in boiler flue gas conform to GB13271 with good environmental benefits. The thermal efficiency of boiler direct and indirect heat balance test was 81.6% and 81.3% respectively.The thermal performance parameters such as hot water flow, hot air flow,thermal effi- ciency and hot water temperature met the design requirements.The boiler can improve equipment efficiency and energy utiliza- tion, accompanied good market prospects.
