摘  要:在中骏广场项目施工中,为保证基坑东北角位置的2栋单体建筑提前封顶并交付使用,并有效控制自身基坑周围土体变形,采用了自北向南、自东向西的开挖和支撑步骤进行施工。其中,东北侧角撑可独自受力,拆换撑可提前进行,能够确保2栋单体建筑工期的大幅度提前。以有限元数值计算和现场实测数据进行对比,分析了挖土、设立混凝土内支撑和斜抛撑以及最后拆撑阶段的基坑变形情况,在确保工程安全的前提下实现了工期的要求。In the project of Zhongjun Plaza construction, in order to ensure two individual buildings on the northeast of the foundation pit being completed in advance and be put into service, as well as to control the surrounding soil deformation of the foundation pit efficiently, the construction procedures from north to south and from east to west for the excavation and supporting system have been conducted properly. The northeast angle brace can bear the stress alone, so as to start the construction of dismantlement, replacement and supporting in advance and to ensure the two individual buildings completed sharply ahead of time. By comparing the finite element numerical calculation and the measured data, by analyzing the deformation change of excavation, by setting-up the interior concrete bracing and the inclined bracing and finally by dismantling the temporary shoring system, the whole construction has met the requirements of the construction period on the premise of ensuring the engineering safety.
