摘　　要：以制度图书馆学为视角,通过引入一个新制度经济学关于制度的四层次分析法,构建理解公共图书馆社会支持内在机理的分析框架。公共图书馆获取社会支持是在公共图书馆非正式制度、正式制度和治理的基础上实现的。公共图书馆获取社会支持要通过弘扬公共图书馆精神、完善法律制度和建立法人治理结构来实现。这一分析框架将公共图书馆价值和精神整合进制度图书馆学,有助于加强制度图书馆学理论关于非正式制度的研究。The paper builds the analytical framework from the perspective of institutional library science to understand the inner mechanism of social support for the public library by introducing a four levels of social analysis from new institutional economics. The public library obtains social support that based on the informal institution, formal institution and governance, and through promoting the spirit and core value of the public library, improving the legal system and establishing corporate governance .The analysis framework integrates the spirit and core value of the public library into the institutional library science to strengthen the informal institution research.
