摘　　要：文章回顾了列宁与克鲁普斯卡娅的"开放、平等、免费、普及、区别"图书馆服务理念,分析了苏联图书馆服务理念对中国图书馆学界与业界的影响,指出当时"平等、开放、普及"服务理念的践行具有局限性,"区别服务"容易造成理论与实践的偏差。This paper reviews the library service idea of Lenin and Krupskaya ： openness, equality, free and difference.It analyzes the Influence of library service idea of Soviet Union on library circles in China and points out that the practices of service idea ＂equality, openness, universal＂ have the limitation, and the differentiated service is easy to cause the deviation of theory and practice.
