旅游开发视角下的地质公园保护构想——以河南省关山地质公园为例

摘　　要：地质公园的建立目的是为了更好地保护地质遗迹,传播、普及地学知识,以及开展旅游活动促进当地经济发展,从而协调环境保护和社区发展的矛盾。我国地质公园的建设成果丰硕,但在开发和管理的过程中出现了很多问题。以河南省关山地质公园为例,地质公园需要在旅游开发中系统考虑其保护措施,对地质遗迹进行分类管理实行分级保护;在科学研究的基础上完善、创新公园的解说系统,以便更好地普及地学知识;协调公园的土地利用方式,调控居民生活以实现地质公园保护性开发的目标。The purpose of geological parks is to better protect the geological relics,spread and popularize knowledge of geology,and to promote local economic development through tourism,coordinating the contradictions between environmental protection and community development. Geological park construction is fruitful in our country,but there are also many problems. Taking Guanshan geopark of Henan as an example,this paper suggests that geoparks should classify geological relics and implement graded protection to realize protective development. The guiding system in these parks should be improved to better publicize geological knowledge.Thirdly,the authorities should restrict residents activities and coordinate land uses to better protect the park.
