摘　　要：目的探讨髋关节置换患者术后感染状况，并分析其预防及治疗策略，促使患者早恢复关节功能。方法选取医院2010年1月一2013年1月收治的人工髋关节置换术患者185例204个关节，采用回顾调查分析感染状况及相关因素。结果 185例患者中术后切口感染和假体周围感染7例，感染发生率为3．78％；肺部感染4例，感染率为2．16％，泌尿系统2例，感染率为1．08％；术后感染时间4～30 d，平均（11．27±3．18）d；治疗后6个月Harris评分为（84．51±3．96）分，高于治疗后1个月为（73．48±4．10）分，治疗后Harris评分均高于治疗前的（57．16士4．33）分，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 2010-2013年创伤科髋关节置换术后感染类型较多，及时对术后切口和假体周围急性感染患者进行人工髋关节一期翻修手术或清创术、彻底清除感染病灶，能促进关节功能良好恢复。OBJECTIVE To explore the prevalence of postoperative infections in patients undergoing hip arthroplasty and put forward the strategies for prevention and treatment so as to achieve early recovery of joint function.METHODS A total of 185patients（204joints）who underwent the artificial hip arthroplasty from Jan 2010 to Jan2013were enrolled in the study,and a retrospective survey was conducted to analyze the prevalence of infections and the related factors.RESULTS Of the 185 patients,7cases had the postoperative incision infections and periprosthetic joint infections,with the infection rate of 3.78%;4cases had the pulmonary infections,with the infection rate of 2.16%;2cases had the urinary system infections,with the infection rate of 1.08%.The time of postoperative infections ranged from 4to 30 days,with the mean time of（11.27±3.18）days.The Harris score was（84.51±3.96）points after the treatment for 6months,higher than（73.48±4.10）points after the treatment for 1month;the Harris score was higher after the treatment than before the treatment（57.16±4.33）points,and there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThere are a variety of types of postoperative infections in the patients undergoing hip arthroplasty in the traumatology department from 2010 to 2013.It is an effective way to carry out the first phase of artificial hip revision surgery or debridement and thoroughly remove the infected lesions so as to promote the recovery of the joint function.
