摘 要:目的比较手术室空气净化消毒方法的效果,选择出最佳手术室空气净化消毒方式,以有效降低感染率。方法调查2012年1月-2014年6月在不同手术室进行手术的3 000例患者流行病学及感染情况,按照手术室消毒方法的不同分成3组进行比较,分别为单纯紫外线消毒组、空气净化机消毒组及层流组,每组各1 000例患者。结果层流手术组感染率最低0.9%,其次空气净化消毒机组为3.4%,紫外线消毒组感染率最高9.5%,各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ类手术切口感染率最低的均为层流手术室组,分别为0、5.4%;紫外线消毒组感染率最高,分别为6.3%、6.1%;在控制诸多因素情况下,手术室消毒净化方式仍然为独立影响因素。结论层流手术室净化以及空气净化机消毒是一种较为理想的手术室室内空气净化消毒方法,可以有效降低手术部位感染率。OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of the air purification and disinfection methods in operating rooms and choose the optimal one so as to effectively reduce the infection rate.METHODS A total of 3 000 patients who underwent surgeries in different operating rooms from Jan 2012 to Dec 2014 were enrolled in the study,then the epidemiological characteristics and incidence of infections were investigated,the participants were divided into three groups according to the way of disinfection:the laminar flow group,the air purification machine group,and the simple ultraviolet disinfection group,with 1 000 cases in each.RESULTS The incidence of infections was the lowest in the laminar flow group(0.9%),followed by the air purification disinfection machine group(3.4%)and the ultraviolet disinfection group(9.5%),and the difference was significant(P〈0.05).The incidence of the typeⅡ incision infections was the lowest(0)in the laminar flow group,the highest(6.3%)in the ultraviolet disinfection group;the incidence of the typeⅢ incision infections was the lowest(5.4%)in the laminar flow group,the highest(6.1%)in the ultraviolet disinfection group.In case of the control of a variety of factors,the disinfection and purification of operating rooms remain the independent influencing factors.CONCLUSIONThe use of air purification machine for disinfection of laminar flow operating rooms is an ideal way of air purification and disinfection of operating rooms,and it can effectively reduce the incidence of surgical site infections.
