压力蒸汽灭菌器空气排除效果的验证研究

摘　　要：目的研究创建一套压力蒸汽灭菌器的空气排除效果监测解决方案,为灭菌器的高质量运行提供较可靠的保证。方法以医院消毒供应中心的3台压力蒸汽灭菌器为试验设备,分别采用B-D试验+灭菌温度对比试验486次、B-D试验+漏气测试19次和灭菌温度对比试验+漏气测试+B-D试验26次,3组方法进行对比试验。结果 B-D试验+灭菌温度对比试验的阴性结果吻合率为96.09%;B-D试验+漏气测试的阳性结果吻合率为73.68%;灭菌温度对比试验+漏气测试+B-D试验的阳性结果吻合率为100.00%。结论将灭菌温度对比试验、漏气测试和B-D试验这3种监测方法联合使用,形成一套压力蒸汽灭菌器的空气排除效果监测解决方案,可较准确动态监测压力蒸汽灭菌器运行过程中的空气排除效果,有效消除单一使用B-D试验的监测质量隐患,有利于保证医疗器材的灭菌质量。OBJECTIVE To create a set of surveillance and solution program for air removal effect of the pressure steam sterilizer so as to ensure the high-quality operation of the sterilizer.METHODS Totally 3sets of autoclaves from the central sterile supply department were chosen as the study objects and were respectively treated with B-D test plus sterilization temperature contrast test for 486 times,B-D test plus air leakage test for 19 times,and sterilization temperature contrast test plus B-D test for 26 times.A comparative study of the three groups was conducted.RESULTS The coincidence rate of the negative result of the B-D test plus sterilization temperature contrast test was 96.09%,the coincidence rate of the positive results of the B-D test plus air leakage test was 73.68%,and the coincidence rate of the positive result of the sterilization temperature contrast test plus B-D test plus air leakage test was 100.00%.CONCLUSION As a set of surveillance and solution program for air removal effect of the pressure steam sterilizer,the joint use of the sterilization temperature contrast test,air leak test,and B-D test can accurately monitor the air removal effect during the operation of the pressure steam sterilizer,effectively eliminate the hidden dangers due to the single use of B-D test,and ensure the sterilization quality of the medical devices.
