插管全身麻醉下Hopkins内镜治疗小儿气管及支气管异物的临床研究

摘　　要：目的寻找一个操作简单的,有效的治疗小儿气管、支气管异物方法,探讨插管全身麻醉下Hopkins内镜治疗小儿气管、支气管异物的可行性及临床效果。方法对该院近期50例小儿气管、支气管异物患者,实施在气管内插管静脉全身麻醉下,应用Hopkins内镜取出异物。结果 50例患者均一次性完整取出异物,无1例发生窒息、脑缺氧性损害及喉痉挛等手术并发症,平均手术时间为(7.2±3.0)min,平均住院时间为(3±1.6)d。结论经插管全身麻醉下Hopkins内镜治疗小儿气管、支气管异物操作简单、安全,手术并发症发生率低,术后恢复快。【Objective】To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the methodology in the removal of infant bronchial foreign bodies.【Methods】50 children cases with tracheal or bronchial foreign bodies of our hospital were removed by Hopkins telescopy under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation. 【Results】All 50 cases with tracheal or bronchial foreign bodies were successfully taken out, without complications such as apnea happened, hypoxic brain damage and laryngospasm. The average operation time of all the cases were（7.2 ±3.0） min. The average hospital day was（3＋1.6） days.【Conclusion】Removal of infant bronchial foreign bodies by Hopkins telescopy under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation is easy to operate and safe, with low incidence of complication and made a quick recovery time.
