摘 要:随着我国风电装机容量的不断增长,风电接入能力成为制约其发展的瓶颈。供暖期实行"以热定电"的运行模式,热电机组的调峰能力受到供热出力水平的限制,影响了风电的消纳。因而,突破这一传统模式,形成电力系统与热力系统的协调优化运行,是缓解弃风问题的关键。该文充分考虑电源与热源的复杂性、热力系统的网络约束等因素的影响,首先建立了适用于电热能源集成系统分析的热力网络模型,并在此基础上建立了考虑热力网络约束及火电机组启停的电热能源集成系统运行优化模型。利用该模型研究了电热协调运行方式对风电消纳的促进作用,并分析了输送容量限制、输送延时、输送损耗等热网约束条件对系统运行结果的影响。With the continuous growth of the installed capacity of wind power in China,the ability of integrating wind power becomes the bottleneck of its development. The electricity generation is determined by the heat supply in the heating period,so that the peak shaving capacity of the combined heat and power(CHP) units is limited by the heat demand,which restricts the wind power integration. Breaking this traditional operation mechanism and interacting the power system with the heating system is the key to alleviate the problem of wind power curtailment. This paper considered the heating network constraints and built up the model of the heating network which could be used in integrated energy systems. Based on it,an operation optimization model of the integrated power and heat energy systems which considered the heating network constraints and thermal unit commitment was proposed. Using this model,this paper proved that coordination the power system with the heating system could play an active role in the promotion of wind power integration. Besides,the impacts of the transmission capacity,the transmission delay and the transmission loss of the heating network were analyzed.
