摘　　要：目前,无线传感器网络通信协议有多种标准,且在不同的应用领域其应用的深度和广度不一,这就造成了协议选择、应用乃至扩展上的诸多困难。利用EI数据库、SCI数据库、Scopus数据库及CNKI数据库文献检索和深度分析的功能,检索词为"无线传感器网络、通信协议、医学领域"等,对检索到的文献资料进行多层面综述研究,剖析总结了每一种协议的主要应用领域和优缺点,尤其是在医学领域的发展与应用,并对其未来的发展进行了展望。Communication protocols of wireless sensors networks（WSNs） have a lot of standards, and in different fields have different applications, which result in many difficulties, such as protocol selection, protocol applications and protocol expansion. El database, SCI database, Scopus database and CNKI database are used to retrieval the words,such as ＇ wireless sensor networks （WSNs） ＇ , ＇ communication protocol＇ , ＇ field of medicine＇ , main applications field and their advantages and disadvantages of each protocol are studied in detail based on review research of retrieved literature, especially in medical fields, in addition ,future development are prospected also.
