摘  要:根据铸态QT850—5轿车三缸曲轴的材质要求,对熔炼过程中炉料、化学元素、球化孕育处理的影响和控制进行详细阐述。生产结果表明,选择Cu—Sn组合比Cu—Cr组合更能提高铸件韧性,加入镧铈稀土镁球化剂和硅铋、硅稀土孕育剂进行处理,制得的铸件达到生产要求。According to the material requirements of cast QT850-5 car triplex crankshaft, effect and control of charging, chemical elements, spheroidization and inoculation during smelting process has been elaborated in detail. Production results show that selecting the Cu-Sn combination can improve the toughness of the casting more than that by choosing the Cu-Cr combination. When the lanthanum-cerium rare earth-magnesium nodulizer, bismuth silicon and silicon rare earth inoculants have been added to the treatment, the prepared casting reached the quality requirements.
