摘　　要：简要介绍了电渣重熔工艺和特点，并对其发展现状进行简要的概括。同时，列出了国内具有代表性的电渣炉使用情况。对本院近期设计的某一电渣重熔车间进行具体设计案例分析，从电渣炉选型和系统组成，到车间平面布置等多角度详细阐述，目前该车间已建成投产。The electroslag remelting（ESR） process and characteristics were briefly introduced and the current development situation of the ESR was briefly summarized. Meanwhile, the usage of domestic electroslag furnace with representative was listed out. Detailed elaboration was carried on the ESR furnace selection, system components and plat layout. The specific design case analysis was carried out on the ESR workshop designed in recently by our institute. The workshop has been completed and put into production.
