摘　　要：目的研究间充质干细胞制剂对家兔的体外溶血和红细胞凝聚作用。方法间充质干细胞来源于人胎盘,制剂浓度为5.0×105cells·m L-1,用家兔红细胞为实验对象,用直接观察法和酶标仪比色法进行体外溶血性实验,与空白对照进行比较,观察间充质干细胞制剂及空白对照对家兔红细胞的体外溶血和凝聚作用。结果间充质干细胞制剂及空白对照各管均未发生溶血,也未观察到红细胞凝聚现象;间充质干细胞制剂及空白对照各管溶血率均低于5%。结论间充质干细胞制剂及相应的空白对照对家兔无体外溶血和致红细胞凝聚作用。Objective To observe hemolysis and coagulation effect in vitro of red blood cells in rabbit treated with mesenchymal stem cells（MSCs）.Methods MSCs were derived from the placenta.With MSCs blank solvent as control,rabbit red blood cells were treated with 5.0 ×105cells·m L-1MSCs.And hemolytic test in vitro of MSCs was taking by direct observation and colorimetric method to study whether the red blood cells of rabbits appeared hemolysis and coagulation.Results The results of each tube of MSCs and MSCs blank solvent were no hemolysis and coagulation with the method of direct observation.The rate of hemolysis in each tube of MSCs and MSCs blank solvent was less than 5% with the method of colorimetric method.Conclusion MSCs and MSCs blank solvent were no hemolysis and coagulation effect on red blood cells in rabbit.
