摘  要:阐述2010年版《中国药典》一部中成药水提取工艺所存在的问题并进行分析,为《中国药典》的修订和中成药的水提取工艺研究提供参考。按影响水提取工艺的主要因素分类,将2010年版《中国药典》一部收录的成方制剂和单味制剂的水提取工艺存在的问题以表格的形式进行系统的总结并举例分析。2010年版《中国药典》一部收录的中成药水提取工艺,未注明浸泡工艺的有516个方剂,溶媒用量523个,提取时间126个,提取次数8个,存在提取工艺参数不明确等问题。中成药水提取工艺参数不明确将可能会阻碍中成药的产业化发展,宜予以重视,为中成药的水提取工艺研究及产业化发展提供参考。This article is in order to expound problems of the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia about water extraction process of Chinese traditional medicines and provide a reference for revision of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and study of water extraction process. This review is classified by main affecting factors of water extraction process, systemic summarizations and analysis are given about problems of the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia about water extraction process of Chinese traditional medicines by form of tables. There are 516 prescriptions without specifying soaking processing, 523 prescriptions without specifying menstruum dosage, 126 prescriptions without specifying extracting time, 8 prescriptions without specifying extraction times in the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia about water extraction process of Chinese traditional medicines. These problems will stunt industrial progress of Chinese traditional medicines. All insiders can pay real attention to these problem, give effective and workable advice to study of water extraction process and industrial progress of Chinese traditional medicines.
