居家养老社会化服务网络的系统整合问题

摘　　要：建构资源整合型的居家养老社会化服务网络是实现老年人居家养老服务供给的关键，而服务网络中的多个系统如何实现整合是值得关注的问题。当前，我国居家养老社会化服务网络的构成系统之间仍然存在着系统目标冲突和系统规范缺失的问题，政府在目标整合、系统规范整合中应该发挥主导和主体作用。The construction of home old-age social service network based on integration of resources is the key of home aged-care problem. However, how to realize the integration of multiple systems of home old-age social service network in China are currently of great concern. Now, there are two important problems, which are system goals conflicting and system specification missing, in construction of home old-age social service network in China. We think that government should play a role of dominant and main body during the process of goal-based construction and integration and system integration specification.
