摘  要:基于阻抗分析仪和Labview平台建立了d33动态谐振法自动测量系统,选择柱状压电陶瓷NCE51进行特征参数的测试,通过分析压电常数测量的数学模型,对测量频率步长进行优化,对测试结果进行不确定度评定。结果表明,不同厚度的试样,频率步长要求不同,厚度为15mm的试样,在频率步长为50Hz时,纵向压电常数扩展不确定度为0.96%(k=2),可以满足目前商用准静态测量仪2%~5%的测量不确定度量传需求。A labview programming was written to achieve automatic measurements and data analysis. Based on the mathematical models established, the sweeping frequency step was optimized, and the characteristic parameters of piezoelectric ceramic NCF_51 cylinders were tested and the uncertainty was evaluated. For 15 mm thick sample, the relative expanded uncertainty of d33 measurement of piezoelectric ceramic is 0. 96% (k = 2), when the frequency step is selected as 50Hz. Thus the sample measured by dynamic resonance method can be used as reference material to calibrate the commercial d33 measurement apparatus, which uncertainty is about 2% to 5%.
