摘  要:了解温度、相对湿度变化以及饲养管理对颗粒物和NH3浓度的影响,有助于大型养殖场制定合理的饲养模式,改善禽舍内空气质量。选取昆明市华曦牧业小哨蛋鸡养殖场某蛋鸡舍为研究对象,在6~7月间采用连续监测方法测试鸡舍内温度、相对湿度、TSP、PM10、PM25,以及NH3浓度,并详细记录了舍内饲养流程。结果表明:鸡舍的进风口和出风口处PM25,浓度分别为(0.36±0.09)mg/m^3和(0.54±0.13)mg/m^3,均高于鸡舍中部PM25,浓度;NH3浓度容易积累在鸡舍中部,喂料和鸡群的活动会显著提高TSP浓度,但对PM10/PM25,的影响较小,清粪过程会显著提高NH,浓度(P〈0.05)。Understanding the effect of temperature, relative and ammonia concentration can help to develop a reasonable humidity and feeding management on particulate matter feeding pattern of large farms, and improve air quality inside the layer house. Xiaoshao layer house of Kunming Huaxi animal husbandry farms was selected, continuous monitoring methods were used to test temperature,relative humidity,total suspended particulates(TSP),PM10,PM25 and NH3 concentration in layer house, and detailed record keeping were used procedures from June to July. The results showed that the PM/.5 concentrations of the air inlet and air outlet were(0.36±0.09)mg/m3 and (0.54±0.13)mg/m3 respectively, and were higher than that in the central of layer house. NH3 was easy to accumulate in the middle of the house. Feed and activities of flocks could significantly improve TSP concentration, but had little effect on PM,0 and PM25. Manure removal process would significantly increase NH3 concentration (P〈0.05).
