摘  要:为评价问荆对大豆生长后根际土壤微生态环境的化感效应,研究了不同浓度问荆水浸液处理下大豆根际土壤性质、微生物数量及酶活性的变化。结果表明,不同浓度问荆水浸液处理下,土壤碱解氮、速效磷、有机质含量随问荆水浸液浓度增加而减少,其中品种BD土壤碱解氮含量由60.30 mg/kg降至55.16 mg/kg,品种DK3土壤速效磷含量由18.84 mg/kg降至15.64 mg/kg,品种DK1土壤有机质含量由67.26 g/kg降至56.23 g/kg;土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌数量随问荆水浸液浓度增加而减少,其中品种BD土壤细菌数量由69.91×104cfu/g降至11.19×104cfu/g,品种DK1土壤真菌数量由43.53×104cfu/g降至16.79×104cfu/g,同时土壤放线菌数量由67.50×104cfu/g降至13.08×104cfu/g;土壤过氧化氢酶活性随问荆水浸液浓度增加而升高,其中品种BJ土壤过氧化氢酶活性由1.02 m L/g上升至1.26 m L/g,脲酶活性随问荆水浸液浓度增加而降低,其中品种DK1土壤脲酶活性由0.67 mg/100 g降至0.39 mg/100 g,磷酸酶、转化酶活性未发生变化。说明问荆产生的化感物质使土壤养分下降,而土壤酶对外来物质有缓冲作用。To evaluate soybean rhizosphere micro the allelopathic effect on ecological environment after different concentration of leaching solution of Equisetum arvense treatments, the changes of soil property, soil microbial quantity and soil enzyme were investigated. The results showed that the content of alkali nitrogen, available phosphorus and organic matter, the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes were reduce after greater concentration of leaching solution of Equisetum arvense treatment, in which BD soil alkali nitrogen content reduced from 60.30 mg/kg to 55.16 mg/kg, DK3 soil available phosphorus content reduced from 18.84 mg/kg to 15.64 mg/kg, DK1 soil organic matter bacteria number of BD reduced from 69.91× 104 cfu/g to content reduced from 67.26 g/kg to 56.23 g/kg, soil 11.19×104 cfu/g, DK1 soil fungi quantity reduced from 43.53× 104 cfu/g to 16.79 ~ 104 cfu/g, at the same time the soil actinomycetes number reduced from 67.50×104 cfu/g to 13.08×104 cfu/g; the activity of eatalase increased, BJ soil catalase activity rose to 1.26 mL/g from 1.02 mL/g, the activity of urease redueed, DK1 soil urease activity fell to 0.39 mg/100 g from 0.67 mg/100 g, the activities of phosphatase and invertase had no apparent change after leaching solution of Equiseturn arvense treatment. Therefore, allelochemicals of Equisetum arvense decreased soil nutrient, and the soil enzyme acted as the cushion for foreign substances.
