摘 要:针对塑化机、挤出机类设备物料输送加热过程中存在径向温差大、物料加热不均匀及设备启动预热时间长等问题,提出基于感应电机原理的物料输送加热方法。将线圈内置于设备机筒内,产生径向高频交变磁场,磁力线经机筒、气隙、转子螺杆构成闭合回路,机筒与转子螺杆同时感应产生涡流并发热,缩短设备预热时间;转子螺杆在旋转输送物料过程中对物料进行搅拌加热,提高加热效率和加热均匀度。仿真计算了机筒与转子螺杆涡流分布情况,分析了气隙长度、槽口宽度、频率等参数对加热性能的影响,给出选取原则。对橡胶塑化机样机进行温升实验,采用感应电机原理的物料输送加热技术后设备径向温差减小至10℃以内,预热时间缩短至70 min。Aiming at the problem of large temperature difference,material heating nonuniformly and long preheating time of plasticizing machine and extruding machine,a new material was proposed conveying heating technology based on principle of induction motor. Electromagnetic coils were placed inside cylinder,so high frequency alternating radial magnetic field was produced,flux line constitute a closed loop by cylinder,air gap and rotor screw,so cylinder and rotating screw were induced as heat sources. The material was mixing heated when screw rotating conveying,heating efficiency and heating uniformity were improved. Eddy current distribution of barrel and screw rotor were simulated,influence of air gap,slot width,frequency on heating power and heating performance were analyzed,and selection principle of relevant parameters was given. Heating experiment for rubber plasticizing machine was carried out,and the experiment results show that the material conveying heating technology on the principle of induction motor reduces the radial temperature difference to 10 ℃,the equipment preheating time is shortened to 70 min.
