摘 要:由于开关磁阻电机(SRM)内部磁场的非正弦性、非线性以及局部磁密过高等情况存在,对开关磁阻电机内铁耗计算具有一定的难度。而时步有限元法是解决非正弦变量系统分析计算问题的有效方法之一,可以研究某一特定因素对铁耗的影响,并能对铁耗的局部分布特征进行细致分析。采用适用于任意波形的铁耗计算模型,基于时步有限元法对三相12/8极开关磁阻电机定、转子极部和轭部的铁耗进行计算和分析,同时又根据其磁密的分布规律划分了不同的区域,对其不同区域的磁密进行了谐波分析,然后分别得到了各个区域的铁心损耗,将这两种方法计算结果进行分析和比对,验证采用时步有限元法计算SRM铁耗切实可行,并得到了一些关于开关磁阻电机铁耗计算的有益结论。For the switched reluctance motor non-sinusoidal magnetic field inside,as well as nonlinear and even the existence of partial saturation,it is difficult to calculate switched reluctance motor iron loss.The time-stepping finite element method was used to solve the non-sinusoidal variable system,and a particular impact factor on iron loss was studied,and a detailed analysis of iron loss calculation of local distribution was carried out. For arbitrary waveform iron loss calculation model,based on the time-stepping finite element method,the iron loss of yoke and the pole of 12 /8 pole switched reluctance motor stator and rotor were calculated. According to the distribution of magnetic flux density,different regions were divided,harmonic analysis was conductd to the flux density of dufferent regions,and then the iron core loss for every region was obtained. The results of the two methods were compared and analyzed,and it validated that the time-stepping finite element method was feasible for calculating the iron loss of SR motor,and some useful conclusions for the calculation of switched reluctance motor iron loss were obtained.
