摘 要:掌握白芷根结线虫发生及危害规律,为防治提供理论依据。2012—2014年,对南川白芷种植地进行根结线虫病调查;不同时期采用五点取样法采集白芷根结线虫病病株和病土,用蔗糖离心法分离根结线虫。结果表明,白芷根结线虫在粘土中发病较壤土、砂土、砂壤土轻;连作地发病较间作和轮作严重;根结线虫二龄幼虫密度由1月的71条/1000 g干土增加到10月的1615条/1000 g干土;根结线虫的土层分布调查发现,3月为根结线虫发病高峰期,水平分布根结线虫种群数量向白芷根部集中,而垂直分布根结线虫密度随着土层深度的不断增加而逐渐降低。In order to grasp the occurrence and harm rule of root- knot nematode disease and providedtheoretical basis to control it, the author investigated the condition of root-knot nematode disease of Angelica dahurica in Nanchuan from 2012 to 2014. Five- sampling method was used to collect soil and Angelica dahurica with root-knot nematode disease in different periods, sucrose centrifugal flotation method was used toseparate root-knot nematodes. The results showed that the root-knot nematode disease in loam, sandy andsandy loam soil was more serious than that in clay soil. Meanwhile, disease occurrence in continuous croppingland was more serious than that in intercropping and crop rotation land. The density of second-stage juvenilesof nematodes increased from 71 individuals/1000 g dry soil in January to 1615 individuals/1000 g dry soil inOctober, and March was the peak period. Nematodes centralized around the root in horizontal level, anddecreased with the increase of depth.
