摘　　要：对多晶铜线材拉拔变形后做成的标准样品的极图、取向分布函数(ODF)和反极图进行测定,研究和分析该材料的形变织构类型和分布情况,为产品的质量控制和工艺过程提供理论依据。The determination of the pole figure on standard sample of the deformed polycrystalline copper, orientation distribution function（ODF）and inverse pole figure, this paper studies and analyzes the deformation texture type and distribution of the material, and provides a theoretical basis for product quality control and process.
