摘　　要：以降低生铁成本和提高经济效益为目的,在分析过去两年喷煤结构及成本的基础上,对如何降低喷煤成本进行探讨,并提出三条主要途径,即:调整原煤成分的采购标准、调整喷煤配煤结构以及优化高炉操作。Based on summarizing the past two years coal structure and cost, ways of how to reduce the cost of coal injection are discussed, so as to put forward three main ways： adjusting procurement standard of raw coal, adjusting coal blending structure and optimizing blast furnace operation. Thus prominent contradictions of strained resources can be relieved, reducing costs and improving the economic benefit.
