摘　　要：重点介绍了燕钢2×1 080 m3高炉工艺的长寿技术、PW型串罐无钟炉顶技术、改进型顶燃式热风炉技术、高炉煤气干法除尘技术以及汽轮拖动鼓风机+背压发电技术。项目设计中采用了许多国内国际领先新工艺、新装备,为实现"高产、优质、低耗、长寿、环保"的生产目标奠定了技术基础。Some new techniques that are adopted in the design of Yangang＇s 1080 m^3 B.F are introduced. They are fully covered thin-skinned lining, copper stave, carbon-ceramic cup bottom and hearth, closed loop soft water cooling system, PW serial type bell-less top with two coaxial vertical hoppers, improved top-fired stove and all-dry bag dusting etc, all of which establish the basis for the B.F. to realize the objects of＂high production,high quality, low consumption, long life and lower pollution to the circumstance＂in the future.
