摘  要:采用正交实验,优选川芎挥发油的最佳提取工艺;采用湿法制粒法,优选川芎配方颗粒剂最佳制粒工艺;采用薄层色谱法(TCL)对川芎配方颗粒进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对川芎配方颗粒中的阿魏酸含量进行测定。结果当加入8倍量水,常温下浸泡8 h,蒸馏提取5 h,川芎挥发油平均提取率最高,达到44.7%;用75%乙醇作为粘合剂,川芎浸膏粉:淀粉为1.2:1.5时,川芎配方颗粒性状稳定好;TCL可检出川芎的特征斑点;HPLC测定川芎配方颗粒中阿魏酸的含量,其平均回收率为100.11%,相对标准偏差为1.97%。In this paper, the optimum extraction process of effective components of Rhizoma Chuanxiong was found and preferred with the extraction rate as index by the method of orthogonal experiment. At the same time, using wet granulation method,taking Chuanxiong formula granule forming difficulty and particle characters as the index, select the best granulating process. The results show that when adding 8 times amount of water, soaking for 8h, with 5h of reflux extraction time, the average extraction of volatile oil of Rhizoma Chuanxiong rate reached to 44.7%. At the same time, when using 75% ethanol as a binder with Rhizoma Chuanxiong extracting powder, the starch is 1.2:1.5, easy to prepare Chuanxiong formula with stable granular character. The determination of the content of ferulic acid in Chuanxiong formula granule was measured by HPLC. And the average recovery rate was 100.11% with the relative standard deviation of 1.97%.
