摘  要:分别从红花和黑米中提取天然色素,采用不同体积分数的二种色素的混合溶液对柞蚕丝织物进行一浴法拼色,研究两种色素体积分数及硫酸亚铁媒染对染色性能的影响,测试了染色牢度。实验结果表明,红花黄与黑米红对柞蚕丝织物具有良好的拼色性能,柞蚕丝染色织物的色深值高,拼色和媒染可获得较为丰富的色泽。硫酸亚铁媒染可以得到绿色调的柞蚕丝织物,经聚氨酯整理后的染色品的皂洗和摩擦色牢度大于等于3~4级。In this paper, natural pigment was extracted from safflower carthamus and black rice respectively. The mixed solution of two pigments with different volume fraction was used for combination dyeing of tussah silk fabric with one bath process. The effects of volume fraction of two pigments and ferrous sulfate mordanting on dyeing property were studied, and the color fastness was tested. The results indicates that safflower yellow and black rice red have favorable combination dyeing property ; color depth value of dyed tussah silk fabrics is high ; combination dyeing and mordanting can gain rich color and luster. Ferrous sulfate mordanting can gain green tussah silk fabric; soaping and rubbing fastness of dyed products after treatment by polyurethane is more than or equal to Grade 3-4.
