摘　　要：基于Super Map平台,开发了城市抗震防灾规划地理信息系统,设计了软件系统的功能框架和数据库结构,在Super Map Object上进行二次开发,编制了地震动分析、道路分析、市政管网分析和建筑物分析功能模块,开发了外部数据接口,实现了GIS系统属性数据的批量输入,系统可应用于城市的信息管理、城市震害预测评价和防震减灾辅助决策。The Geographic Information System for urban planning on earthquake resistance and hazardous prevention is developed based on the SuperMap platform. The software system framework and database structure are designed, the secondary development of SuperMap Object is carried out, the modules of seismic analysis, road network analysis, the municipal pipe network analysis and building analysis are build. This report develops a external data interface and provides a practical solution for attribute data batch input to GIS. The system can be applied to the information management of city, the urban earthquake disaster prediction and evaluation and the assistant decision-making.
