摘　　要：通过现场勘查,采取随机取样和桩—土结构有限元模拟等方法,从地质条件、结构设计、施工质量和气候影响等多方面因素分析了苏州某厂房在软土地基下常年发生不均匀沉降的原因,并提出了软土地基下厂房设计的一些意见。The causes of uneven settlement long-term of certain factory building which was on soft foundation in Suzhou from geological conditions, structure design, construction quality, climate impact and so on were analysised by scene investigation, random sampling and finite element analysis in this paper. Reference suggestion of design of factory building which was on soft-soil foundation was proposed in this paper.
